Lost 12 kilos in a month twice. That’s easy!

Probably you've heard people saying 'losing weight is difficult' and 'kilos will come back twice in number after diet' many times. I heard that too and it stopped me from even trying in past. Got one thing to say - they were all wrong. I'm 1.92 m height and weighted 105 kilos before both tries. I lost 12 kilos both times pretty effortlessly.
Why twice? After first 'loss' I found a girl and though losing weight was not necessary anymore. Also I didn't notice other benefits of being slimmer... Slowly I came back to my pre-diet eating habits and 12 kilos came back in one year - not as twice as lost though! Lost in a month - retrieved in one year.
My 1st weight losing story
Forget what others tell you. Have reasons to do it. Find out what food is good for you.
Have a reason to lose weight. I wasn't very communicative and had a little overweight four years ago. Shy fat boy - who would befriend me? I didn't like my own body and yeah, you got it! I was desperate to get a girl! That was my reason back then. I was so desperate I didn't hear anyone telling 'losing weight is difficult'.
Find out what food is good for you. Back then my parents found private clinic where I had my blood tested for food tolerance. The doctor made individual diet for every day in week. I wasn't allowed to eat meat except steamed chicken and fish. I wasn't allowed to drink milk, which is intolerable by most people! Probably I lost 12 kilos because of my strong desire only. That's the only reason I found because my parents didn't stick to that diet so hard.
My 2nd weight losing story
Forget what others tell you. Have reasons to do it. Feel what food is good for you.
Previous food choosing method is expensive. I've learned one simple truth - you don't have to be a genius to find out what's good for you by yourself. I've read Allen Carr's book 'Easyweigh to lose weight' (link to Amazon) to learn that we have to trust our senses only. That might sound confusing. How to listen to your senses?
Simple method to choose food: eat what is tasty, smells and looks good. It is as simple as that!
Ok, not so simple actually. I loved eating hamburgers, beefsteaks, fried chicken and stuff like that. They're tasty for sure. But ask your self why are they tasty? I asked myself the same question. Here I'm writing my answer: about 3 most weight influencing food groups that do more harm to us than good: meat, milk and chocolate.
Mean Milk Facts
What I'm now going to tell might be totally against your beliefs. It's ok if you never heard about Evil side of milk. It's really hard to find real information since milk selling companies occupied all information channels. I'll show you the bad side of milk - the good you know for sure - doctors, parents, grandparents and various advertisements stuffed them in your head already.
Human is exceptional specie of mammals because they continue to drink milk after infancy. 75% of people are lactose intolerant. Lactose is one of the main milk components - you can find much information about it. It's nature's thing - after infancy people - like any normal mammals - reduce lactase (lactose digesting ferment) production thus reduce milk accepted. Like Allen Carr wrote in his book "milk becomes a slimy undigested content in guts (not exact phrase)".
Simple truth: cows make milk to their babies not human.
Now let's see what additional 'great vitamins' we receive together with milk.
- Cows are treated with antibiotics which definitely get into milk;
- Milk is rich with saturated fat and cholesterol;
- Cows are fed growing hormones which is related to cancer formation;
- High stress that cows experience is given to us by hormones too;
- Finally, it contains cow blood and pus.
There are much more to mention but I don't want to expand too much. A great site containing a bit more: Milk Sucks.
Mean Meat Facts
I really loved beefsteaks they seemed to taste great. But gave another thought: is meat really delicious? Take a raw piece of meat. Does it attract you? Even if it's fried or boiled without spices it's junk, don't you agree? Eat tasty, good smelling and looking food. Meat without vegetable spices doesn't taste nor smell good. Spices cover ugly meat taste! Spices cover many gross foods.
Why do you like chips with beefsteak? Chips makers don't put steak in their chips. They put the same vegetable spices we put in our steaks.
Our ancestors were vegetarians and only in late stages started hunting. Before hunting they picked tubers, berries, vegetables and various fruits. Our stomachs are not used to high amounts of meat. Apart drugs we receive with meat we spend more energy to digest it than it releases. That is why we feel so sleepy after 'great steak'.
Exercise: when frying meat try to identify real source of smell. Don't you think it consists of burning fat and burnt smell only?
Chocolate
I'll ask one thing only: did you ever taste pure cocoa? If not - do it. It tastes horribly bitter! What is chocolate? Ugly cocoa mixed with tons of high-calorie sugar. Yep, we all love SUGAR.
So, do I eat anything at all?
Sure I do. I eat fruits for breakfast and for lunch. I still eat meat. For example a little piece of roasted chicken with tons of juicy vegetable and much spice for dinner. And for supper I eat fresh fruits again. I eat fruits and nuts during day also. I love eating salads with bread!
You don't need to refuse meat and milk totally. Having them occasionally is not a problem.
Conclusion
Strong desire and having a reason helps to achieve anything. Open your eyes and see world, including foods, as it is. Try refusing meat, milk and chocolate at least partially. You'll sleep better, feel better and stronger and finally look better!
I faced some strong opposition to my attitude already and I'm ready to face them once again here. Keep in mind I'm not a nutritionist I'm just sharing my personal experience and knowledge from readings. I'm ready for discussion.

Loved reading it. Haven't thought that milk could be harmful before. Thought, missed the "bread thing" :D

It seems it can really be harmful.
Yeah, totally forgot about bread. I eat a bit less bread than before but still much. I just don't mix it with meat or anything else that is inconsistent with it. I eat bread together with salads usualy.

The picture with cow being milked to death... that's scary as hell, but it's so effective and actually has prepared me for the rest of article.
